Refund/Return Policy
- Method of refund : Same form of payment used ( your money will be refunded to your Paypal account or your credit card )
- To initiate the refund/return :
- Send us an email to support@celinidesign.com
- Provide your order number
- State the reasons why a refund/return should be issued
- We will review your email and get back to you within 48 hours
- We accept return/refund if items are defective, not as described.
- We also accept return/refund in case of buyer's remorse, but buyer need to pay return shipping cost.
- If you need a refund, please ask within 7 days after receipt.
- To be eligible for a return/refund , all returned items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, no pieces missing and with original tags and packaging.
- You have to pay for the return or exchange cost
- We recommend you to check the items within 48 hours of receipt and report to out customer service as soon as possible.
