To initiate the refund/return :

Provide your order number
State the reasons why a refund/return should be issued
We will review your email and get back to you within 48 hours
We accept return/refund if items are defective, not as described.
We also accept return/refund in case of buyer's remorse, but buyer need to pay return shipping cost.
If you need a refund, please ask within 7 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return/refund , all returned items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, no pieces missing and with original tags and packaging.
